North America Cancellation & No Show Policy

 

To deliver the most effective student experience, we strive to deliver the classes you need with convenient locations and reasonable schedule.  Advanced registration is mutually beneficial to both AMX and you. It reduces your travel cost, and enables us to commit appropriate personnel and resources for each class.

If Student Cancels Registration
Sometimes changes are unavoidable, and you may need to cancel your registration for a classroom course.  In that case, the following fee schedule applies:

North America - Student Cancellation Fee Schedule:
>30 days prior to class start date	$0
30-14 days prior to class start date	$75 per class day
<14 days prior to class start date	$150 per class day
No Show for class start	$300 per class day

If AMX Cancels or Reschedules a Class
On rare occasion, AMX may reschedule or cancel a class session.  If this occurs, we will accommodate all students who are registered at that time. If a course is cancelled:

>30 days prior to class start

• Contact students by email and / or phone
• Crovide alternative registration assistance

<30 days prior to class start

• Contact students by email and / or phone
• Provide alternative registration assistance
• Coordinate travel services as needed
• Cover change fees or additional travel costs as appropriate
