The AMX Amenities Solution includes an intuitive administrative Web Portal for building personnel and service centers to manage their amenities services more efficiently.

Property Managers

AMX’s partnership with Simplikate Systems further enhances the features of the AMX Amenities Solution and enables AMX to provide the most comprehensive feature set to the MDU market. Through Simplikate’s techcierge™ solution, building staff are able to access property amenities, security and management functions via one simple, highly responsive interface, enabling them to more efficiently respond to resident requests. Authorized staff can access official owner logs, track visitors, manage package delivery, monitor building access and organize common areas. With the addition of techcierge, the Amenities Solution establishes a new level of convenience, control, comfort and manageability.

Off-Site Service Centers

Off-site service centers, such as local restaurants and golf courses, can log into the administrative portal to modify their own distinct services being offered to residents, such as dinner menus, spa service selections and tee times.

Equipment/Asset Management Option

Also valuable to the property manager and system integrator is an optional automatic fault detection system that proactively notifies the proper personnel of any issues with an individual resident's system, so repair and maintenance can be handled immediately. It also enables system integrators to better determine the life cycle of specific devices, as well as project usage patterns through monitoring and maintenance.
